Korean Translation
We dispatch a team of
Korean translators led by a lead translator to your
organization. Your Korean translation project will be managed by
the lead translator who will supervise the other translators.
Translation Accuracy
Here at Enunce, your documents will be
handled by two expert Korean translators: one translator will perform the initial
translation and the second translator will proofread and comment on the work of the
first. This interaction may be repeated multiple rounds, and
the final product you will get is a reconciled version reflecting the two
Korean translators' opinions.
Confidentiality
We
routinely handle Korean translation projects of confidential nature. Please
inquire about our confidentiality protocols. |

Linguistic Authenticity /
Technical Expertise
What is good translation? How do you control the quality of Korean translation? You may have heard of back translation employed as a means
of quality control. Although back translation may provide some degree
of assurance, it is not a procedure for achieving excellence. (It is a
method typically used when the project manager can’t read the language.) We believe that translation should be done right
in the first round by competent linguists who really understand the
language, the culture and the subject matter.
The key to
achieving excellence in Korean translation lies in human experience, that is,
the education and career background of the translators who do the work.
Since
Korean is an exceedingly difficult language to learn for English
speakers, it is very difficult to find individuals who can fully
grasp the meaning of professional Korean texts and write
impeccable English.
We are always ready with a carefully
screened pool of professionals who are truly bilingual and bicultural.
Our definition of being "truly bilingual" is having a firm command of
language that is required for rendering technical and professional
expressions between Korean and English. Sentences written or spoken by
educated Koreans are interspersed with words derived from classical
Chinese. Koreans acquire and improve their vocabulary gradually (as in
any other culture), and it requires formal schooling in Korea at least
up to high school to be comfortable with professional texts.
Individuals with this level of Korean proficiency are rare among fluent
English speakers, because it is not something that comes naturally with
Korean heritage alone nor can it be gained during a short stay in
Korea. And, of course, a person with a strong command of Korean would
have to live for a long time in an English-speaking country to become
fully proficient in English. Our Korea translators typically attended high
school or college in Korea, received Bachelor's or more advanced degrees
in the U.S. and have professional careers in their respective fields.
Our company’s competitive edge is in its ability to discern and recruit truly bilingual professionals
whose linguistic skills and career experience represent the narrow
overlap between the two cultures. |
